Kinase(s)

Kinase(s)1
Kinase(s)2

Kinase is the name given to an enzyme that catalyzes the transfer of a phosphate group from ATP to another molecule. Kinase can be classified into protein and lipid kinases by their substrate. Protein kinases can be further classified based on their cellular location and the specific amino acid(s) they phosphorylate such as cytoplasmic threonine, receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs), and serine/threonine. Because of the key role played by protein phosphorylation in a large number of cellular processes, kinases become highly druggable targets only second to GPCRs, and account for over 25% of drug screening.

We offer a wide selection of highest quality kinases, kinase substrates and kinase inhibitors.
